Privacy notice

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This notice explains how Trivecta Limited collects and uses personal information when you visit trivecta.uk, contact us, or work with us. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, email hello@trivecta.uk.

Who we are

Trivecta Limited ("Trivecta", "we", "us") is the controller of your personal information. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16384640, with our registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us: your name, email address, company, details of your project, an indicative budget if you choose to share one, and anything else you include in your message.
  • Client and supplier contacts. Business contact details and correspondence we need to deliver our services and manage our working relationship.
  • Technical information. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time) to keep the website secure and working.

No cookies or tracking. This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embeds. Our fonts are served from our own domain.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals, which are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
  • To deliver our services and manage our client relationships, as part of performing a contract.
  • To keep our website and systems secure, which is in our legitimate interests.
  • To meet our legal obligations, for example keeping accounting and tax records.

We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them or the law otherwise allows it, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as our email, website hosting and accounting providers, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may also share it with professional advisers, or with authorities where the law requires.

International transfers

Some of our service providers and team members may be located outside the UK. When personal information is transferred outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place. These include UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last contact.
  • Client and supplier records: for the length of our relationship and up to 6 years afterwards.
  • Server logs: kept for as long as our hosting provider's standard retention period.

How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. These include encryption in transit, access controls based on least privilege, and multi-factor authentication on our business systems.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal information, and to ask us to correct, erase or restrict it. You can also object to how we use it, ask for a portable copy, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@trivecta.uk. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you have concerns, please contact us first so we can try to put things right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
